He also retains the lifetime appointment of HFIC (Head Farter in Charge), ensuring that the atmosphere at the ranch stays... unique.

Founding member and resident advisor, Jim Jr. is the eyes and ears of the Ranch. Living on the property allows him to guard the trees with the intensity of a dragon hoarding gold in a castle. His daily duties include high-level strategic oversight, keeping everyone else in line, and mowing more grass than is strictly necessary for one human being.
