Thank you for visiting and shopping at Jimmy’s Tree Ranch. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All online orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders—such as during our "Gear of the Month" drops or the holiday season—shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Items that are Pre-Ordered or Backordered will be completed and shipped ASAP. A notification will be sent.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

Free Shipping: We offer free local pickup.
3. Local Pickup (Mantua, OH or Stow, Ohio Office)
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the farm.

Pickup Location: 12190 Sheldon Rd, Mantua, Ohio (Farm) / Stow, Ohio (Office)

Pickup Hours: M-F 4-6pm, Sat 10-3pm

How it works: After placing your order and selecting "Local Pickup" at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1–2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. (Note: We don not ship gear internationally.)
6. Damages
Jimmy’s Tree Ranch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take photos of item in package and out of package.
